We will aim to support your purchase best we can, by providing email and telephone support (when possible), we will always aim to handle your questions pre and post purchase as quick as we can (we request 1 working day to respond to email queries) We want you to have a good purchase experience from our eBay Store, and below are some basic General guidelines for returns handling purposes.
If the item arrives and is faulty then please report this in writing within 7 days of purchase and we shall issue a repair/replacement (where suitable)
Certain items are covered by direct manufacturer support and in those instances we shall provide guidance and support on how to obtain this support.
In the event of a damaged item on delivery, this MUST be reported in writing within 2 working days of delivery, Photographic evidence will be required.
Returns are accepted for a total of 14 days from purchase date, at our discretion we will assess your case and advise on whether repair/replacement/refund is suitable to resolve any issue you may have. After the 14 Day Returns period, products that have been sold with warranty in the description will be supported and guidance provided for the specified durations.
The buyer is responsible for postal costs incurred for returning items to us, this is for all customers UK and International (Non UK)
To ensure we offer a accurate returns process, EVERY single item that we ship has it's serial number recorded against your order ID. This is to ensure we can verify your date of purchase, and also verify the products being returned are the ones originally shipped from our company.
*Software articles are also covered by our returns/refunds policy providing the article has not been opened/unsealed. If the software article has been opened/used/activated, then the software does not qualify for return. many of our software titles are available as free trial versions from the respective manufacturers, please contact our store for further information on how to "try before you buy".
**Sim Cards that are unsealed and/or removed from the plastic retainer are not covered by our returns policy. They are only covered if they remain sealed/unopened/unused.
***Incomplete/broken/misused products being returned to us for refund will attract a restocking/admin charge.
