DAMAGED UNDER TRANSPORT OR ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED:
Once parcel is delivered, it is in customer responsibility to check its condition. Please compare the received product with included “dispatch report” (see below for details) and contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt if any discrepancies or damages under transport found. We can not accept any claims nor returns for such a reason if you claim it later.
For the first 7 days after receipt of order faulty goods will be replaced for the same or the same series with higher technical specification product. If customer refuse replacement by asking for refund instead, we will deduct shipping cost from the total amount refunded. If we are unable to replace your item, the payment will be fully refunded. If you change your mind, please contact us within 7 working days from parcel receipt. Once we receive item back, we will issue refund to you. Item has to be returned in the same condition as received with all supplied accessories and original package. If the any part of package is permanently damaged, you will be charged £15 for it. If any accessories is missing or damaged, you will be charged its retail value. In case of return customer is obligated to cover whole delivery costs. All brand new products sealed by manufacturer, purchased from our store (even when opened by us on customer request) if unsealed they are subject of 10% restocking fees, no exempts of this rule.
SHIPPING ITEM BACK:
Once return is approved, you will receive RMA number. Please address parcel to: Compadvance Ltd, 2 Church Manorway, London, SE2 0HY, United Kingdom and write on shipping label your RMA number. Please send the item back to us or ask us to arrange a collection. Item has to be shipped within 3 working days since RMA has been issued. If you are unable to do that on time, please contact us immediately to change this deadline. If customer failed to do that the RMA become cancelled and return will not be accepted any more. Any shipping insurance costs paid by customer will not be refunded.
Before shipping we are preparing “dispatch report” which shows how the product has been tested and which kind of damages (if present) exists. The high resolution photos of the item are taken to avoid any misunderstandings. The “Dispatch Report” signed by our testing engineers will be included in the package. Returned item must be in exactly the same condition, otherwise we are restricting rights to refuse such a return and send the item back on customer cost or charge restocking fee (minimum 10% of value). If you noticed any discrepancies between dispatch report and condition of the received item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
