This is a good book and gives a great insight into what it takes to be a comedian. It is told in a very entertaining way and did make me laugh out loud several times. I deducted one star as I personally found the style of writing irritating at times (frequent grammar errors, frequent us of footnotes and brackets and just as each chapter ends and there is an element of interest and suspense the flow of the narrative is interrupted with a sub-plot involving Lee and his female psychiatrist, Brian).

This is a very enjoyable read. A straightforward honest account of the trials and success of a great comedian. Very good quality and value and I would recommend it.
