Transaction was confused because I tried to cancel before the item processed, ans was turned down by the ebay software. Then I tried again 90 minutes later and ebay again turned me down, claiming I was too late. Ebay did very poorly here.
The vendor promptly cancelled the transaction once I contacted them. They performed very well. (I cancelled when I found the ship time was estimated at nearly 2 months.)
