Deliveries:
Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Services for smaller items, and UK Mail for larger items. UK Mail delivers on working days i.e. Mon-Fri, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. Remote Postcodes may take longer than Next Day. If there is no one in and the item is returned back to us or the courier have to redeliver, there will be an administration charge of £3.50.
 
Where glass or mirrored items are purchased, please ensure the item is opened and checked before signing for, as any damaged items must be signed for as damaged otherwise a damage claims cannot be made. It is our policy to replace damaged items as swiftly as possible.
