INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEMS AND RETURNS...
Please double-check that the item you are ordering is actually for your vehicle MAKE, MODEL, YEAR & SPECIFICATION. For example, Please do not order a SHORT wheel base van product is you have a LONG wheel base van, or a HIGH roof product if you have a LOW roof vehicle. For example, if your van is a 2017 model, please do not order for a 2000-2015 model. As the Buyer is responsible for returning unwanted and/or incorrectly ordered items back to the delivery address nominated by the Seller, please ensure that the all items are carefully packaged and sent using a trackable delivery service. In the event of incorrect vehicle specifications being provided by the Buyer to the Seller, our Free Return Policy will not be applicable. Please note that item(s) which we attempt to deliver to either an incorrect address or where the goods are either refused or returned back to us by the carrier, the Buyer shall bear the full cost of the return postage/delivery cost. All returned items are inspected for any signs of damage, wear, installation and also use and all items received back must be in new and unused resalable condition. In the even that any item(s) are received back at the Sellers nominated delivery address and are in either used, worn or damaged condition, the Buyer will be notified of the cost to return the damaged item(s) back to the Buyers nominated address. In the event that the Buyer does not agree to or fails to pay the return postage/delivery charge for the used, unwanted or damaged item, the Seller will hold the item(s) for 28 days and reserves the right to dispose of the item(s) after the 28 day period has expired. The Seller will not be held responsible for any damage or additional damage that may occur in transit on the returning journey back to the Buyer. Due to a very large range of automotive products and accessories, any order for Hubb Systems and also Rhino manufactured items will be despatched direct from the manufacturer’s factory or warehouse. Very Important Note: Our 30-day returns policy will not apply to Rhino manufactured products, as these items would have been produced to your specification, therefore please ensure you order the correct parts for your vehicle as any Rhino item is excluded from the 30 day return policy. UNSUITABLE ITEMS...
In the event that an item is delivered to you and upon inspection you believe that it is either unsuitable and/or its intended use and/or quality does not meet your expectations, please do not attempt to modify and/or install it as we will be unable to replace, or partially exchange, or refund or partially refund you for the item. In these circumstances we would kindly request that you contact us first of all to make arrangements to return the item within the terms of our Return Policy.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS...
Please notify us straight away via the eBay messaging system within at least 72 hours of receipt of any damaged, faulty or missing items. Please do not attempt to install, fit or modify any damaged or faulty items as we will not be able to accept them back for either partial replacement or exchange or partial refund or refund.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS...
Please note that catalogue images used within our eBay listings may on occasion vary in design, style and technical specification to the item that you receive. This is due to the multitude of variations in applications such as vehicle fixing points and so on. The actual physical appearance and/or dimensions of an item that you receive may vary to that of our eBay listing catalogue images due to the requirements of the specific vehicle in order to apply or install the purchased product correctly and safely to your vehicle wherever applicable. Product image variations may apply to aluminium and modular roof racks and roof bars, and rear loading rollers where size and/or dimensions and/or number of modules or sections can differ from what is dispatched directly from the manufacturer. Product image variations may also apply to roof bar fixing/mounting brackets and also rear loading rollers for roof racks. Please rest assured that we will always endeavour to dispatch the most appropriate specification item for your vehicle in order to achieve the correct application and highest possible day-to-day working results. Specific product weights and dimensions are however available upon request prior to order and/or dispatch.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS...
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any UK or International order(s) placed via the eBay platform if we or the carrier deem the delivery location to be a remote destination that will incur an increased shipping charge. We are unable to absorb inflated shipping charges and will notify the Buyer of these circumstances as well as cancel and fully refund the order. We will then give the Buyer the opportunity purchase the item(s) again, and advise the Buyer with the correct shipping charge to their delivery address. Please note that in some instances, and at our discretion, we will in fact honour and absorb the additional carrier charge and/or surcharge and send the goods without any additional surcharge or request for additional payment from the customer in the affected area that is penalised by the carrier.
CARRIER INFORMATION & UPDATES...
Please note that in some instances the advertised/nominated carrier may change, with or without prior notice to the Buyer and/or an amendment to the eBay listing. Nominated carriers may change as a result of several factors including, but not excluding, staffing issues, vehicle and/or depot issues and so on. Nominated/advertised carriers may also be changed/substituted due to final destination locations whereby the nominated carrier may impose a delivery surcharge over and above the standard/anticipated delivery charge for the purchased product to a predefined destination. Please note that some carriers will impose a delivery surcharge to delivery destinations that do not always fall within the standard scope of eBay's remote location destinations such as off-shore islands and remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Grampians. We reserve the right to adjust and amend the final carrier choice without prior notice. Please also note that many off-shore and remote location destinations are not covered by the advertised next-day mainland UK delivery service and may have extended delivery times of several working days.
