I had about 20 questions on what I needed to upgrade my old C cell Maglite, and Ross patiently answered them. When I had chosen the bits, I needed. Ross sent me an email suggesting a slight change for a better output from the light, which did not add any additional cost. Brilliant service and fantastic product 5 Star
