Dispatch & Delivery:
All items will be dispatched on the same or the next working day before the order cut of time. All items/parts will be delivered anytime during the day and are not timed deliveries unless a specified service option has been selected when ordering. We understand items may be damaged upon receiving. If this is the case, the item must be refused on arrival and you must inform us of this within 24 hours of doing so. We do not accept any liability / responsibility for delayed deliveries by the couriers. We try our best to get the goods to the customer on time, but please note that the specified delivery time is only an estimate, and may vary under certain circumstances (for example festive seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Weather conditions etc).
 
Domestic, EU & International Shipping:
All taxes/duty and import charges which are applicable on any goods/items purchased are the purchaser’s responsibility. We recommend for any purchaser to check with their local custom office for rate/charges.
 
UK Domestic Mainland Shipping:
Free shipping where applicable is only available to UK Mainland only. All other destinations such as islands or rural / isolated areas may be a subject of courier surcharges or different tariffs.

HS, IV, KA27, PA16, PA78, TO, BT, IM, KA28, KW, JE, PO Isle of Wight, ZE, GY, PH, offshore Islands, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man BFPO & P.O. box.
 
If we have found that your postcode is excluded and is not listed above after you have placed an order, you will be contacted with the options available. Your order will not be processed until we hear back from you. After 7 days, if there no response, we will process a refund via eBay.
 
Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item/part purchased. The item/part must be in same condition as it was shipped with all packaging and content intact. The purchaser is responsible for the return postage cost. If the item/part is being return after 30 days, it can only be exchanged if found to have a genuine manufacturer defect (however this is subject to authorisation from management).
 
Any items/parts returned will be inspected prior to any refunds or exchanges being made. If any issues arise, you will be notified. In some instances, certain items which are returned within 30 days will be sent to the manufacture/inspection department to verify the cause of any defect if one is present. On the outcome there is a defect, only then will a refund be processed which may take a minimum of 28 days.
 
Warranty:
All items/parts unless otherwise stated carry a manufacturer’s 12-month guarantee, no replacements or refunds will be considered until warranty items/parts have been received back for inspection as per our returns policy. We do not cover labour charges or any other 3rd party expenses incurred in the removal and replacing of any item/part under warranty. As with all items/parts, professional installation is paramount for safety purposes and, to ensure longevity and optimum service life, please follow the vehicle manufacturer's installation schedules and any torque procedures for the specific part purchased.

The item arrived promptly and was well packed. Several gaskets were missing (and some differed in their construction). The seller was unable to send replacements but to be fair, offered a full refund (inc. return postage ). My need was greater however so I decided to keep the item sent. The seller said they would update their advert but 4 days later have not done so. Buyers expecting the gaskets currently advertised in the kit therefore need to be aware that they will not get them all.
