2- If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, we will NOT be held responsible for any labour costs or any damage, not matter what ever sort, involved in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty period.
 
3. Delivery / Courier delays -We do NOT accept any liability / responsibility for delayed deliveries by the couriers. We try our best to get the goods to the customer but please note the delivery times specified on our listings are approximate delivery times, and may vary under certain circumstance, for example festive seasons like Xmas, Easter, bad weather like rain, snow, winds etc, which can delay the couriers due to back log.

Couriers will attempt delivery on 2 occasions prior to the item being returned to ourselves, and if they cannot deliver the goods they will leave you a card and you MUST contact them. If for any reason the goods are returned to us then you will be liable for Re-delivery, with this in mind it is important that you contact the courier’s to arrange re-delivery or collection as soon as possible. Also when making the purchase Please provide a mobile number for the couriers in the pay pal address section at the time of purchase/checkout, if no number is supplied then there is a possibility of a delayed delivery.

Returns
We expect you to be very happy with your purchase but we recognize that there are occasions where a customer needs to return an item to us.
 
1- If you may change your mind and cancel part or all of your order with us at any time up to 7 working days after you receive the item. purchases made by the buyer will be liable to 15% handling / re stocking charge. If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return it, we may accept it back if returned to us within 7 working days after you receive the item. Providing the item is in its ORIGINAL PACKING and has not been fitted and in same condition in which it was received in, intact and in re sell-able condition and has been packaged sufficiently for its safe return. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resalable brand new condition at our discretion; we may replace it or issue a refund. This does not affect your right to inspect the item upon receipt. Even though most of our items are shown as free shipping, we do incur cost when shipping the item/s to you, and when refunding returns, we will issue you the refund of your monies after deducting the 15% handling charge and the shipping costs which we incur when initially shipping original item to you). Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs to send the item back to us. If the good are not in their original packaging, damaged, dirty or parcel tape is used on the original packing of the product, we have the right to REFUSE the returned goods, and you will be liable to pay the return shipping of those goods.
