Royal Mail & courier expected delivery periods provided by ebay are estimates ONLY.

In such circumstances we ask that buyers, in the first instance request any available tracking to trace their items progress (if applicable). Thereafter please  allow Royal Mail or any alternate courier /postal  service 7 full working days (exc. Sat / sun/ bank hols)  after the date of dispatch to deliver your order. For International Buyers please allow 21 working days.

At  the end of that period the item still hasn't arrived please advise us and we will consider the appropriate course of action. We do not refund items lost in transit other than at our sole discretion, instead we will consider the immediate re-sending of the  order. 

We will also, automatically begin a claims process to recover our losses  to Royal Mail, or other courier for loss/theft at the appropriate stage. The service provider may contact a buyer for additional information to which they should reply. By  purchasing from us it is understood that you will accept these terms. 

Occasional Loss / theft of postal items is becoming a regular distance selling experience.  While losses will be dealt with as above, please be aware we reserve the right in conjunction with the Courier or Postal Service Provider , to prosecute buyers for theft, found to have received an order and subsequently  claiming non-receipt of that order ,  with a view to refund and/or replacement. To commence a return please contact us in the first instance providing the reason for return.

Unopened, Undamaged item returns, in original undamaged packaging (where supplied) will be accepted, if returned within 30 days of item receipt.

Returns must be complete, i.e not missing any item , component or packaging.  We are unable to refund items if incomplete in any way.

In such circumstances we will hold the item for 30days and will then dispose of it unless the buyer arranges suitable return to themselves:  either by their own methods, or with our support, in which case a paypal  invoice will be sent for suitable p&p as agreed  by both parties  and must be paid before the item is dispatched/returned  to the buyer.

WARRANTY RETURNS:
