If you are a consumer, buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, from the day after you receive the goods. A refund will be provided within 14 days of the goods being returned to me, by the same payment method used by the buyer. You must return the goods no later than 14 days from date of cancellation. All goods to be returned at the buyer’s expense (any return to sender fee will be charged to buyer). Please note, this right is for business to consumer sales only, it does not cover consumer to consumer or business to business sales. We may at our discretion allow you to cancel after this time period, please note, a 20% restocking fee applies if outside of this period and we have agreed for you to return. The refund will be the full amount paid including postage, but limited to the cheapest delivery option offered to you, any supplement payment paid for a more expensive postage option chosen by the buyer, will not be refunded. A deduction, up to the amount originally paid, may be made at our discretion (according to applicable law) for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss of value is a result of unnecessary handling by the buyer other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Items collected in person or collected by someone of your choice on your behalf are not covered by distance selling laws and are exempt from this right to cancel.
Certain goods are exempt from the right to cancel. Tickets, audio or video recordings or computer software (if the seal has been broken).
Please contact me by post or email within 14 days of receiving the item to inform me of your wish to cancel or use the cancellation form provided through ebay using the cancellation request link under purchase history.
All goods are checked before dispatch and should be examined by the buyer as soon as possible after they are received.
However if the wrong goods have been supplied; they are not operating or damaged at delivery, contact me immediately (no later than 7 days) and stop using the item. I will arrange a refund, replacement or repair. The buyer should not attempt to repair any goods or continue to use a damaged or faulty item.
A refund, repair or replacement will not be offered on goods damaged, tampered with or altered in any way by the buyer, or if the buyer has continued to use an item after noticing a fault/damage.
Any fraudulent claims made by the buyer will be treated as serious and will void any claim for return, money back or any further claims. A fraudulent claim could be (but is not limited to) a false ebay or paypal claim e.g. a claim for item not as described but the item was clearly described; a claim for item not received but the item has been received or item has been refused by buyer or delivery has been attempted and buyer has been instructed to arrange redelivery or collection of item.
