If you wish to return your purchase please make a returns request within 14 days of receiving your item. Customers must obtain a valid returns number prior to returning items. Please do not send your item until your request has been accepted.
Items must be received back in a saleable condition.
The buyer is liable for the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty and we have agreed to pay the return costs for the faulty item. Only Second class postage will be refunded for items returned as faulty. If you are returning a faulty item please let us know the fault upon requesting a return.
