Returns & Refunds Policy Quick Brief:
1. UltraUK Group accept returns and refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Refunds can be provided within 30days upon return providing item is not open and/or used and Item has not been Altered and/or no security seals have been breached
3. UltraUK Group may refuse to provide refunds and return back to the buyer with a postal charge if the item has been opened and or used or has signs that the item has been purposely damaged
4. UltraUK Group provide a free post returns sticker with every order, this sticker can be used to return your orders at the cost of UltraUK Group providing the item was damaged in the post or the item was not as described or the item is damaged or faulty, evidence must be provided before UltraUK Group can accept the return. If the buyer was to use this free post return sticker outside the stated free post return we will deduct postal costs from the buyers refund.
5. The buyer will be responsible for the returns postal costs if: Buyer purchased the item in error, Buyer misread the item description, Buyer no longer wants the item
6. UltraUK Group may not be liable to refund any postal charges upon issuing refunds. UltraUK Group have secure systems in place to protect us against all known methods of mail fraud, including, missing items fraud, non delivery fraud, damaged in transit fraud, payment fraud, refund fraud and many others.
Returns & Refunds Details:
Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. All items must be returned to us before a refund can be issued, even in the case of damaged on arrival items.
We have security measures in place on our items to ensure a fair return and refunds policy for both the buyer and seller including but not limited to the following security measures: All lids are glued onto the bottle neck to prevent the lid from unscrewing in the post, they are then shrink wrapped and sealed with a security sticker that has security codes individual to your items that have been listed within your sales record, security numbers must match to verify the products identity to your sales order.
If returned items are returned to us used or opened then we will respectfully deny a refund or replacement and send the used or opened items back to you with a postal delivery charge.
If you return your items due to change of mind we may deduct the postal costs from your refund if a postal cost was paid. The buyer is responsible for the postal costs for returning the item to us in the case of change of mind, you may use the freepost return postal sticker provided of which we will deduct the cost from your refund.
We offer free returns for damaged or faulty goods, the returns postal service is free by using our own contracted agreement with our delivery company, we can not provide free returns using ebays own returns postal stamps, we may charge you or deduct the cost of ebays postal stamps from your refund if you require this returns format, alternatively you can return your damaged or faulty items free of charge by using the free post returns postal stamp sticker attached to your sales record within your parcel, if you have lost or damaged this sticker please contact us for a duplicated replacement.
All returns are tracked by our delivery carrier. Our system will notify us when you have dispatched your return, please do not attempt to advise us that you have returned items when the items have not been returned as we will report this as mail fraud.
Due to high levels of fraudulent orders we will no longer dispatch or sell to the following countries, CHINA, HONG KONG, ISRAEL, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, ROMANIA, RUSSIA, SLOVAKIA. We understand that a few genuine people from the countries listed may wish to place orders, please do not take this personally. All orders using PayPal now have fraud filters enabled, All orders will be dispatched via a delivery method that has proof of delivery enabled. We will notify PayPal, Ebay and Local authorities of any attempt of fraud.
Upon order creation, dispatch, and any other order status change, our website that process the orders may send you an email to notify you of the order status change.
Please also be advised of the following: During packaging of your order we take both video and still images of your order packing process, images of security tags/stickers, seals and lids are also included within this stage, including images of the final package with tracking codes and delivery labels. This is to aid us with disputes or complaints of missing items or damaged security measures. We kindly ask that you do not make false claims, as all attempts of fraud will be reported to ebay, paypal and authorities.
