 Payments Methods
We use various payment methods. Although we take card payments but PayPal is the preferred payment method on our websites. All other selling channels have their own payments processing systems. Right Now Bank Transfer is available in the only in the UK, EU and USA. Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in Pakistan.
 Dispatch Time
We dispatch all the items same working day if payment received before the order cut-off time by various postal services as mentioned in P&P section.
Custom made Orders are dispatched once the item is ready to dispatch and normally take 7 working days from the date of order. The transit time for custom made orders is more than normal orders and can take from 10-15 days to deliver.
 Shipping Services
o Domestic Shipping
Our Domestic Shipping in The UK is fast and secure. We Use number of courier Partners Royal Mail, Myhermes and DPD for self-fulfilment. We aim to deliver the items Next Day so that our customers don’t have to wait their items.
 
o International Shipping
We ship worldwide and in certain cases accept the returns as well. Both the shipping and return cost is paid by the buyer. Buyers are responsible for paying the custom charges and Duties, VAT etc to release the goods from the ports of their countries. A return will not be accepted in case of non-payment of customs charges and refund will not be issue. Customer is also responsible for providing any relevant information e.g Tax Numbers, Fiscal number (France) to speed up the custom clearance process and is necessary for importing the goods to their countries.
 Selecting Your Size
We strongly recommend please use our size chart and other helpful materials before placing any order for clothing or items with sizing. If you are not sure of your size, you can always contact us and we will guide you. Selection of wrong size can cause extra postage charges and will be bear by the customer. We will deduct the postage charges from the refunds on eBay, amazon and on our websites.

 Return / Exchange Policy

Once you receive your Alojee parcel, if you’re satisfied with it then its great – be sure to leave us positive feedback with five star ratings!
If in the event that you’re not 100% satisfied you can return the item within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Make sure the item should be unused, unworn with all the labels intact in its original packing. please open a return request via the eBay Resolution Centre and follow the instructions provided. We recommend returning the item(s) with a label provided by eBay but if you’d prefer not to, then please ensure the return is tracked for your protection. Please ensure that you identify yourself with your eBay order number and name in the parcel, failure to do this will result in a delayed refund.
Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped. We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return for a refund and place a new order. The item(s) will need to be returned in their original condition but please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we receive your parcel, please allow 7-10 working days for it to be checked and processed

Custom made, Made to measure or bespoke orders cannot be returned therefore no refund is issued. Please get in touch if you have any question or concern regarding your item and we will help you resolve the issue. To avoid the return in made to measure orders in clothing please provide us with your exact body measurements as will be requested after placing the order.
 
 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
