It states free engraving. It may be free but they forgot to either do it or send it. I tried emailing the seller to say it was not in the box with the trophy after a couple of days of no reply. I spent £2 with another seller and it arrived in a couple of days. The trophy was ok in itself but let down by the service. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but if you are not going to help when the customer reaches out them others need to be advised

Hi there, yes engraving is free but if no notes are left with the order then how do know you wanted engraving. We check all messages along with orders as we know some customers send their engraving details via ebay messenger, but this was not the case.
