Refunds & Cancelled Orders.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, to do so you must inform us in writing, please email us at email@example.com with your intention to do so and please supply your order number, name and address. If you cancel your order at anytime BEFORE payment or despatched no fee will be charged to you.
If you cancel or refuse a parcel after we have despatched it, the return postage is at your own expense and will be taken from your refund.
From the day you receive your order, you will have a 14 day window in which any returns should be made. Once again, please email or call to advise of the return and once back and checked, we will refund the amount you paid for the order and if received back within the 14 days timescale we will refund the minimum postage that you could have paid for delivery. Please note, in accordance with the new DSR on 13 June 2014 we do not refund any additional postage if you selected a quicker delivery service in checkout, you will still need to pay this, this is not refundable. If received back after 14 days, no postage is refund, just the cost of the order.
From the day of delivery, you are responsible for the parcel and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession until they are returned to us. i.e items must be in a good, clean condition, new and unused in all original undamaged packaging. We can't refund products that have been altered in any way, used items, or any goods returned after this time limit without prior consent. Care must be taken to ensure that the returned products are packed in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.
