Customer service is paramount and I try to describe items as best I can according to my perspective. Refunds are only offered if an item is faulty and the buyer contacts me, Postage will be paid by the buyer unless there is a fault and it was not in the description, all Items bought on seen as described basis only. The item is to be returned in the condition it was received within 7 days. I do not offer refunds if the item does not fit. Vintage items are sold as used, unless otherwise stated as new. Major flaws or faults are noted in description, very minor flaws are expected. I do my best to re-cycle all packaging wherever possible, I always use recorded mail when possible unless the item is very large or heavy and then i use an alternative postal method unless the buyer requests special delivery or other mail service.
