IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM: Most issues can be sorted out by using the Contact Seller link to talk to us. We respond quickly unless during normal business hours and will try and get things resolved quickly and simply. It’s always better to do this before resorting to the Resolution Center. Most of our exchanges involve buyers ordering the wrong size. This can be avoided if the measuring instructions on the listing are followed.
FAULTY GOODS: If any item is found to be faulty, please notify us using the Contact Seller link with 14 days of receipt of goods explaining what the problem is. We will then advise you on which postal service to use. We will not pay postage exceeding the cost of the service advised. The manufacturers packaging for the returned items should be returned with your goods as we may need it to claim from a courier if the goods were damaged in transit. Items should be returned to our business address, which will be on the payment slip inside your parcel, within 14 days of you receiving them. We will replace your purchase wherever possible or refund your money if we’re unable to provide a replacement. Any reimbursements will be made via the PayPal account you used to pay for your good. If you paid us by postal order or by any other method, then we will reimburse you by cheque. Reimbursements will be made promptly, but only be made after the goods have been returned.
PERFECT GOODS: Even when goods are perfect, it is your right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. WRITTEN NOTICE ADVISING US OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN THEM IS REQUIRED VIA THE CONTACT SELLER LINK. We will then advise you on which postal service to use. The Buyer will pay for the return cost of the goods. If at all possible, please reuse the packaging we sent your parcel in, as it was chosen to suit your item. If you supply your own packaging it is at your own expense and should be suitable to return your goods in the condition you received them. We will return payment for the full cost of the goods, but not for the original postage and packing, nor for the return postage and packing. If the item(s) you bought had free P&P, we will deduct the price it cost us to send, plus the packaging costs from your refund. All goods will be inspected on return to check that we have received them in a resalable condition including the manufacturers packaging. Any seals, tags, labels etc. must be undamaged and must not have been removed from the item. Any manufacturers packaging such as, but not exclusively, barcoded bags, presentation bags, tins etc. must be also be in perfect condition. If these are damaged, then the item will not be resalable. Items should be returned to our business address, which will be on the payment slip inside your parcel, within 14 days of you receiving them. EXCLUSIONS FROM RETURNS POLICY: Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons, except if they are faulty.
