“Brand new black ramps with grey bridge. The grey bridges (due to the light colour) show some slight marks on them from being stored in our warehouse because they are stored loose and stacked on a pallett. In no way does this affect it's strength or use! After all, it's going to have skateboards and bikes going up and down it soon anyway!!”

Return policy details
* Please check the item before signing for goods, and mark the paperwork accordingly noting any damage and notify us of any missing parts within 24 hours via eBay message.
*Returns will only be accepted where the buyer returns the goods in a re-saleable as new condition, unused and un-opened. In such circumstances the buyer is always responsible for arranging and paying for the return of an item.
*The buyer can return the goods using their own method of transport, however,it is important to ensure that the method of transport will be adequate taking into account the size and weight of the goods. The buyer is responsible for the cost of all the return costs and the buyer must send the item back to the Seller with a courier/company who provides a tracking number or that the item is sent Recorded Delivery.
*If the Seller agrees with the Buyer to arrange the return then the Buyer will be told exactly how much it will be. Once agreed the buyer must make full cleared payment of the return fees. Buyers must be made aware that most couriers charge more for a 'Return' delivery than an original delivery from the Sellers business address to the Buyers address so never assume that any delivery fees will be the same as the original listing delivery fee.
*If we or our courier have made reasonable attempts to deliver the item, but unsuccessfully (customer not in etc) and the item is returned back to us by the courier, then any re-delivery fee will have to be met by the customer before the goods are dispatched again. Many couriers charge for leaving a note through a door as well as re-delivery fees.
*In line with eBay selling rules, any item purchased via an auction format will not be covered under the Distant Selling Regulations.
