UK Next Day Delivery: Available all week excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays, Deliveries will typically be made within one day. The following are details of our UK Next Day Delivery service:
If you place your order Monday to Thursday before 3PM, you will receive your goods the next day.
If you place your order on Thursday evening & Friday (Except Expedited Orders), you will receive your goods on Monday.
Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
Next Day Delivery for postcodes KA, KY, AB, PA, PH, IV, KW, BT, HS, IM, JE, GY & Channel Islands is not guaranteed.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed this cannot be cancelled/amended as it has entered our system for dispatch.
If you no longer require the order, you would have to return the order for a refund following our returns process.
Underwear and intimate items can’t be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
