We want you to be '100% totally satisfied' with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and then return the item(s) to us within 28 days of delivery.
Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in the same condition as it was when you receied it. It must also be in its original packaging.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your item and you have not already informed us that you wish to return your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Due to health & hygiene laws, earrings are non-returnable unless they are damaged or unfit for purpose - please ensure you inform us of any damage within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned for a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 working days.
Please note that we do not refund original postage costs or return postage costs.
All items we supply are brand new and are inspected prior to being carefully packaged. In the unlikely event that the item you receive has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to provide a straight exchange of the same item. In this instance, we will also refund the cost of return postage (if applicable).

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item unless you are returning a damaged item.
Refunds / exchanges cannot be given for items that are lost in the post unless they have been sent using a trackable postal service. Proof of posting receipt will not be an acceptable means to prove you have sent the item. We advise using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance, especially for items of a high value.
