On delivery, if the goods are faulty or do not conform to description, you may contact us within 7 days from the date of shipment. Please inform us of your intention to return the item before you send it to us. If in the unlikely event, we will provide a refund of the sum paid by you as a winning bid. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund insurance, postage and packing cost. You must return it with all of the original materials to us by a traceable method of shipping at your own cost. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to us. Refund will only be made when the product had been received and checked by us.
If a suitable replacement is not available, we reserve the right to refund the sum paid by you as a winning bid.
If the product is describe as refurbished products, they may have minor cosmetic blemishes. (eg. small marks or scratches). Under that circumstance, the blemish shall not constitute a refund or replacement claim against the seller.
Please note that we don’t do refund or replacement products,
• if the damage caused by misuse, improper installation or testing, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the product, or any other causes beyond the range of intended use
• if the damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazards
• use the product with any third party device or service if such device or service causes the problem
