Faulty/Damaged item: If your item is received Faulty or Damaged we will either offer to arrange an exchange if we are still in stock of the item or we will accept a return.
You the customer will be responsible to arrange for the item to be sent back to us unless we agree to send out a courier to collect.
We will only refund you for your return postage costs if we have agreed & confirmed, by email, the method of returning and the return postal price, prior to you sending the item back. We will only refund you for the returned item and your laid out postage cost, only upon us receiving the item in its original sealed condition, including all it parts that we provided with it. Unwanted item being returned under the 7 day cooling off period: If you have lost interest in your item or you have purchased the wrong item and no longer want the purchased item. With most purchases we are obliged under the Distance selling regulations to accept a return, within 7 working days from and including the day you received your item, however, you the buyer will be responsible to pay for the cost to return this item by recorded delivery. The buyer must inform us of this within the 7 working days cooling off period and we must be in receipt of the item within 3 working days of you informing us. We will only refund you for the returned item (and not our delivery charge), only upon us receiving the item in its original sealed condition, including all it parts that we provided with it. Sometimes (i.e. where an item is supplied included FREE POSTAGE at point of ordering or in some other events) we may charge a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We can also offer an exchange for other items within our shop and you may use your credit from the returned item and you must debit or we will credit you, the difference if the new swapped item is a different price. Our Bottom-line return policy is that we want YOU the customer to be HAPPY with our Service.
