If in the unlikely event you need to return your items to us within 30 working days, please contact us via the eBay messaging system "contact the seller" (found on your eBay Order) so that a return authorisation is issued. If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, you are liable for the return postage.
Items must be returned to us unused and boxed as new in the original packaging. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
If an item develops a fault within the 3 month warranty period offered, please contact us through the eBay messaging system "contact the seller" (found on your eBay Order) or by phone 0800 240 4004, and our UK service team will reply to you within 24 hours.
If found to be a manufacturers fault we will repair, replace or refund.
Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the returned goods. Please allow a further week for the refund amount to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it. We will refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, PayPal)
