By placing an order with us you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.


1. Contract & Goods

1.1 We make every effort to ensure all items are accurately described and available for dispatch within the stated time frame. Should an error occur or an item be unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible via email with the option of either reconfirming your order with the correct details or cancelling your order. Should you wish to cancel a full refund of any amount paid will be issued.

1.2 In the event that, after you click to buy, we discover an error with the advertised prices or availability, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer a refund or alternative goods.

1.3 In the event that some, but not all, of the goods ordered are mis-priced or unavailable we will contact you with the option of either cancelling the entire order, cancelling part of the order or substituting the unavailable goods for alternatives.

1.4 Some goods are sent direct from the manufacturer or distributor to your address. Where goods are found to be unavailable we will refund the full amount paid in relation to these goods and notify you via email.

1.5 Where goods are unavailable and you order alternative goods from us or where goods have been mis-priced and you reconfirm your order at the correct price, these terms and conditions shall apply to the order and supply of the agreed goods.

1.6 We have the right to terminate the contract if full payment for the goods is not received in cleared funds or the terms of this agreement are breached in any way.

1.7 Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Occasionally suppliers change packaging. This does not affect the description or nature of the goods.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment can be made by any method we offer at the time you place your order.

2.2 There will be no delivery until payment in full has cleared with us.



3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Items are usually shipped within 1 working day of cleared payment.

3.2 Once dispatched orders usually arrive within the time frame stated at checkout. In the case of a lost or delayed item we need to wait at least 14 days after dispatch before a replacement can be issued. In this case you may also be required to complete a missing item form to verify that the item has not arrived.

3.3 We will have no lability to you for any delay in the shipment or delivery of the products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time by contacting us.

3.4 Should a significant delay occur we will contact you with the option of cancelling your order.

3.5 Our cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm. This means your order needs to have been placed and paid for by 2pm in order to qualify.

3.6 Next day delivery means next working day so if you order on a Friday by 2pm the order should arrive the following Monday.

3.7 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order unless agreed in writing.

3.8 In the event a customer places an order and later discovers the address they supplied at time of purchase was incorrect it will be the customer's responsibility to locate the delivery. We will only be able to resend the order once the original order has been returned to us.

3.9 If delivery cannot be made to your address for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible.

3.10 If your order is over 5Kg or 60cm in length and you live in a remote location such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or Northern Ireland, we may levy a surcharge to cover the extra carriage to these areas. Should this be the case we will contact you with the option of either paying the surcharge or cancelling the order. Next day delivery options to remote postcodes may take longer than the usual 24 hours.

3.11 If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods then we reserve the right to store the goods until delivery is achieved and charge you for any associated costs.

3.12 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations we shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for the  amount paid.

3.13 On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to us. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred in retrieving the goods.

3.14 In the case where a customer rejects their order when our courier tries to deliver it we will not be liable for any courier charges that then arise in retrieving that order or having it returned back to us. In this case such charges will be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer.

3.15 If the courier asks you to sign for the goods then please check their condition. If the item or packaging has been badly damaged or opened you must make a note of this with the courier when signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.

3.16 We offer FREE postage for some items (where advertised). This offer extends to the UK mainland only .



4. Cancellation & returns

 4.1 You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. We test all returns. The refund will be issued once the item has been received back and verified as faulty. In this case we will also refund your return postage. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item. You must notify us of the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.

4.2 In the case where an item has arrived damaged you will be required to provide a photograph showing the damage before any return will be processed.

 4.3 You may return an item which is not as described for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received back and verified as incorrect. In this case we will also refund your return postage. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item. You must notify us of the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.

 4.4 You have the statutory right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days of delivery and have a full refund (cooling off period). The refund will be issued once the item has been received back and processed. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty or not as described.

 4.5 It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item. If you decide to return an item after the cooling off period has expired a minimum 25% restocking charge will be deducted from any refund.

 4.6 We cannot accept any items for return which have been specifically manufactured or ordered for you. These items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.

 4.7 We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

 4.8 Before returning any item(s) please contact us for a returns form and authorisation number. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not have a valid returns form.

 4.9 In the case where an item has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect we may provide a pre paid return label. In this case the pre paid label MUST be used. If you send your item(s) back using an alternative method we will not be responsible for the costs incurred in doing so.

 4.10 In the case where an item has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect we may organize a collection or a swap out. In this case we will work with you to arrange a suitable date for this to take place.

 4.11 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused if the collection or swap out does not take place at the arranged time.

 4.12 Items must be returned with all packaging in a reasonable state. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge to replace product packaging that is missing or returned in a damaged/defaced condition. Where a surcharge is levied this will be a minimum of 25% of the original purchase price.

 4.13 Items must be returned with all original components unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any items that arrive back with parts missing will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.

 4.14 Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.

5. Warranty

 5.1 Certain goods are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable this is clearly stated. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 5.2 If new goods develop a defect during their stated warranty period we will either refer you to your local dealer or ask you to return the item for replacement. We will not be liable for the costs of any return unless the item is faulty on delivery.

 5.3 In the case that the item is no longer available or has been through a model change the closest alternative will be offered at that point in time.

 5.4 To the fullest extent of the law we disclaim any express or implied warranties with regard to fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that the product is suitable for the purpose you intend to use it for.

 5.5 We do not claim or warrant that any information displayed or accessible via our site(s) is accurate, complete or up to date.



6. Liability

 6.1 We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

 6.2 We will do our best to get all orders despatched on time. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being shipped.

 6.3  In the event we arrange a collection or swap out with you we will have no liability to you in the event the courier is delayed or fails to arrive.

 6.4 We take all reasonable precautions to keep details of your order & payment secure, however, we will not be liable for any unauthorised access to theinformation supplied by you. We keep only basic contact and order details on file. No credit card details are stored by us.

 6.5 We shall have no liability for damage caused as a result of the use of any product we sell. It is the customer's responsibility to satisfy themselves that the item is safe and suitable for the intended use before using it.        

6.6 We shall have no liability for injury caused as a result of the incorrect use of any product we sell. It is the customer's responsibility to satisfy themselves that the item is safe and suitable for the intended use before using it.

 6.7 We shall have no liability for labour charges incurred during the fitment or removal of any faulty or incorrectly supplied products. We strongly recommend that customers DO NOT book in for work until parts have arrived and are verified as correct by a professional.

 6.8 Where products arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect our liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the products.

 6.9 All items are sold subject to the guidelines & instructions given in the user manual for the product. We shall have no liability where these guidelines & instructions have not been followed in full.

 8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Very Good at This Price

Fits OK between brake & gear cables and basket lifts off bracket easily. Don't know why the release button needs to be in distracting red (I've covered with black tape). Lower support screw not ideal for my bars and its retaining sleeve pulled out of the plastic but this easily replaced with another nut, bolt & washer. Basket obscures my front light but as I won't be using the basket at night this is OK as the basket is clear of the light's mounting bracket. More expensive baskets have front mounting arrangements for a light to overcome this problem.

Ok for light loads...

I like how the basket has small holes so you can put anything you want in it. Only problem is that it bends a little too much if you put anything heavy bin it. I was worried going over bumps. The basket is metal but the bracket is plastic. It's ok if you're just carrying regular groceries home.

Not great for thick handlebars

FAT handlebars are a no go with this basket as lovely as it is! My hybrid is thicker towards the middle about 10 cm circumference whereas the outer part is thinner, more like 7.5 cm ish. It would fit the thinner part but it is the thicker part where the bracket gets fixed onto ! If you have the fat style handlebar the bracket will NOT fit even without the spacers ! If you don't have this problem this is a good little kit.

Looks good and great value

I have been using the traditional wicker type baskets, but found after a while they begin to sag and press down on my front mud guard. This smart metal basket is robust and has a good sturdy attachment with quick release. It has room to carry a reasonable amount of shopping. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Good Value sturdy Basket

Seems very sturdy ,was easy to fit to handlebars,easy to clip on and off the quick release bracket. Obviously won’t take a great deal of weight but be sensible. Very pleased with it.
