USED LUX RETURNS POLICY
1. At UsedLux we offer a "No Questions Asked" return policy for all the items we sell. If for any reason whatsoever you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back and we will refund your order.
2. Used Lux Limited does not offer any exchanges, partial refunds or any other form of bartering or haggling. All items which are not satisfactory must be returned for a refund (excludes shipping cost) as per the returns policy. If you wish to obtain another item, a separate order must be placed.
3. The only fees you will be responsible for are return shipping costs, and for international customers, any duties or value added taxes.
4. Intention to return must be made in via an email within 14 days of you receiving the product. The date the tracking number shows successful delivery to your address is considered the date you received the product for the purposes of the returns policy.
5. If you are planning on returning an item to us, it must be returned in its original condition with original packaging and all of the original accessories it came with.
6. Returns will be credited in full minus the price of the original shipping costs.
7. Credit will be issued in the same form that your payment was made. For instance we cannot refund you via bank transfer for a purchase you made with a PayPal.
8. You are required to use a shipping service with a tracking number for posting the item back to us.
9. When you post the item back to us you are required to send us a message with the tracking number for the package.
