About this product
An ultra compact video camera that fits snugly into the pocket, but is capable of making high resolution videos and still pictures is the Panasonic HM-TA2 camcorder. The HM-TA2 shoots high resolution 1920x1080p video images and play them back on HDTV with all their splendor. The HM-TA2 is equipped with a 7.6 cm touch screen with a button layout pattern that facilitates ease of operation. The Panasonic HM-TA2 camcorder has its recording button positioned just below the touch panel, that makes it easy to see and operate. The HM-TA2 video camera has a night vision feature that allows shooting in dimly lit surroundings. The function is automatically selected and the button lights up on the screen for the user to select. The Pulse Code Modulating feature of the HM-TA2 video camera enables recording sounds. It also enables recording sounds while taking photos, which can be played back when the photos are displayed. The Panasonic HM-TA2 camcorder has many more fabulous functions such as Electrical Image Stabiliser that acts against picture distortion due to hand-shake, and the Effect Function that records the nature of the images such as warmth and skin tones, to mention just a few. All these functions make this miniature video camera a veritable power house of picture taking.
Bought this after a Flip Mino I'd bought froze and couldn't get to work. It's much more solid feel to it and uses the same flip style connector. The pictures I have got both inside and outside are fantastic quality when connected to t.v. to view. Sound is good quality too. Only downside is that you have to buy a memory card (class 6 or above) £11 off play.com as there is only about 20 seconds of internal memory. I got it for about £55 off e-bay bnib, so I am very happy with it
