We hope you are pleased with our products, however, we understand that sometimes a customer may change their mind and may wish to return an item.
* Buyer should message us through eBay and receive a confirmation before returning any item.
* Request a return no later than 14 days after the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date
* Ship the item back to us within 7 days from when the return is accepted by us.
* The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance if purchased in error (changed mind)
* In the case of Faulty and Goods Not as Ordered/Described we will pay for the return.
* All returns must include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment
* We do recommend to use Tracked Delivery Services and require to provide carrier name and Tracking ID
* We will issue a refund within 3-10 business days via your original payment method after item will be received and inspected
1. Changing address after order was placed
For your security, we only dispatch your order to the address you provide us at the moment of purchase. If you will require us to change the address after an order was placed and the item is not yet dispatched, we will cancel your order and will ask to place an order again.
2. Order cancellation after it was shipped
If you will request to cancel an order after it was already entered in advance shipping stage (dispatched) – we will do our best to do so, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be successful.
3. If you changed your mind
If you change your mind we are happy to offer you a refund returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, in a sealable (unopened) condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance if purchased in error.
Returns via Collection
In some instances, we might arrange a collection for you. We will require a suitable collection address, phone number, and date when we will be able to arrange for a Courier to collect the item. The appointment is an all-day one between 8 am and 6 pm (Mon- Fri). If you missed our Courier on the collection date, we will re-arrange new collection for an extra cost.
4. Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged or refuse to accept the delivery. In most cases, where goods are being returned to us due to damage on arrival, then a repair is simply not practicable and a refund will be issued.
5. Goods Not as Ordered/Described or Faulty
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 7 days. We will request an image (s) of delivered item.
6. Goods Become Faulty During Use
If your goods become faulty after delivery, we will always instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved. For example, in some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience. Alternatively, you can contact us directly if the goods do not conform to the contract made between us.
7. Other Expenses:
If you do not contact us before returning an item and item will be sent to a not confirmed by us address, we cannot guarantee a full refund
- By placing an order you agree that your delivery information may be shared with our supplier to fulfill your order.
For large items that require Freight shipping a valid phone number is required to call and schedule your delivery.
Occasionally we do run out of stock on fast moving items (stock level shown on eBay may be wrong), as we do sell via other media and if we cannot source in a reasonable time a full refund will be issued.
