Return policy details
To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations we offer a full refund for any item found to be faulty within 14 working days of receipt for all Non Personalised goods. Buyer is responsible for the return postage. Please note there are no returns accepted on any Personalised Items as these items will only be produced after we have received acceptance of proofs by email from the buyer. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be damaged upon delivery we will need to be notified immediately. We will ask for photographic evidence to be emailed to us and the item returned to us. Upon receiving the damaged item we will contact you to offer a replacement or full refund including return postage costs to buyer.
We reserve the right to reject any image or text on the grounds of indecency, copyright or anything that could cause offence.
