1. Prices, availability and information are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted include VAT at current UK rate. All goods remain the property of Headset Solutions Ltd until paid for in full.  By purchasing a product you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

2. No contract exists between you and Headset Solutions Ltd, for the sale of any goods until the Headset Solutions has received and accepted your order and Headset Solutions Ltd has received payment in full.

3. The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Headset Solutions Ltd will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that have been paid by you or debited from your credit card.

4. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

5. Most STOCK items are dispatched for delivery to be completed within 1-2 working days from clearance of payment.

6. Sometimes delay of delivery is outside the control of Headset Solutions Ltd, and we ARE NOT liable for delayed delivery caused by Courier or Post and also NOT liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

7. As soon as the Headset Solutions Ltd courier has delivered the goods to your door and received a signature the customer will be responsible for the item. 

8. Headset Solutions will only despatch items to a UK address where a signature is provided, the courier WILL NOT deliver without one. (HEADSET SOLUTIONS WILL NOT DISPATCH OUTSIDE THE UK)

         

 RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For a full refund on items unwanted and are within 14 days of being received, all returned items must be in a SALEABLE condition, if the items are slightly damaged or show signs of being worn then Headset Solutions will charge 50% of the items full value and will not be responsible for any delivery costs.

             WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

11. All new items will be covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty. And MUST be sent back to manufacturer, details are provided in the warranty section inside the instructions provided.

All refurbished items are now not covered by any warranty (unless stated on the advert)after the 14 day return period, and if a fault occurs within the warranty period Headset Solutions will repair or exchange under warranty, if the item is out of warranty Headset Solutions offer a repair service.
