The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

In line with the distance selling act we accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was dispatched. In this case we will refund the cost of the item minus a restocking charge of 10% (up to a maximum of £15) and minus the postage charges.
Please contact us before returning any item.
For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days by e-mail through ebay only. Faulty items must be return to us within 14 days (postage will be refunded if the item is confirmed as faulty). Upon receipt of the item, subject to the item being confirmed as faulty, we will replace or refund.
Damages or discrepancies must be reported within a maximum of 7days.
If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel to us. Please ensure that this is the minimal postage cost as if a faster service or a more expensive method of postage is used to return the item, we will only refund the minimum amount it would have cost to send the item back to us and not the actual price paid.
