PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING. Cancellation and returns: You can cancel your contract at any time up to 8 working days after the day of delivery. Please can you give me a brief explanation as to why you want to return the item, this will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, your must return the goods to us at your own expense. The return address is on the packing slip, also please return the entire invoice so we know who and where the item came from.
CARE OF ITEM Please ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us to prevent deterioration or damage, and that the goods are packaged adequately. Any returned clothing MUST have all tags attached and be in their original packaging. When you decide you want to return your item/s please seal them in the mailing bag they arrived in to avoid unnecessary cleaning costs. We do not accept returns of clothing that are covered in pet fur hair or smells, make-up, that are dirty or that smell of smoke, body odour, or perfume or have been worn .
FAULTY GOODS Must be retuned within 8 working days. Once an item has been washed it is not returnable. You may return the product/s to us, whereupon a full refund will be made provided that the products are returned in the same conditions as received within 8 workings days of the receipt of the goods..If the item is faulty please write a note about the fault on the invoice. Once the item is received by us we can either replace the item (with the same item or same item in different size, if in stock) or we will give you a refund. If an item is damaged in the post we will either refund you once it has been returned to us, or we will complete the Royal Mail claim forms which we will forward to you. Please leave us positive feedback and four five stars for DSRs then we will know you have received your purchases safely, we will happily leave you good feedback. Please contact us before going to Resolution Centre.
When positive feedback is received, it is left, this is to confirm the transaction has gone smoothly and no problems need resolving to finalise the transaction. However in the unlikely event of a problem arising, please get in touch to allow me time to resolve this and let me know first before deciding to leave any neutral or negative feedback.
