We have absolutely no control over how careful the postal service treats the items we send. We package every item to a high standard and they always leave our warehouse in 100% condition.
Please notify us of any damaged goods within 48 hours of a confirmed delivery, if we are notified after this time frame, we are unable to accept responsibility.
Any orders placed after 13:00pm will leave the following day due to courier collection times.
We use Royal Mail, Evri and DPD as couriers.
“Free Delivery” means economy service.
Please understand that eBay's estimated delivery is by definition an estimate and NOT a date of arrival.
Courier delivery's can vary wildly around the country.
48 Hour / 2nd class - is not guaranteed 48-hour delivery - it is 2 – 5 day service which could be as long as 14 days.
24 Hour / 1st class - is not guaranteed 24-hour delivery - it is 1 - 3 day service which could be as long as 14 days.
Our postage options are clearly available at checkout, if you don't upgrade the postage service, we cannot make a parcel arrive any quicker.
If you cannot accept this level of variance, but do not wish to pay for a better and more reliable service then please do not buy from us.
We will not replace a missing item until 14 days working days has passed.
In some instances, we may charge additional postage on specific postcodes. You know who you are.
Please be aware as a result of high levels of theft we randomly select parcels to be delivered using a tracked service and a signature will be required on delivery.
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit cards or PayPal, unfortunately we do not accept cheques/postal orders. Full payment must be received prior to dispatch. A receipt for proof of posting, for all items we dispatch is kept on file.
Where item/s may not be suitable, buyer has changed their mind, or purchased the item in error - all refunds issued will be minus the postage costs, these costs cannot be reimbursed as they have already been paid to the respective courier company. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Our opening hours are Mon-Thurs 09:00-17:00 / Friday 09:00-15:00 / Sat/Sun Closed. If you send us a message over the weekend we will reply on Monday.
