Returns and Refunds:
We offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website. If returned within 14 days you will receive a full refund (without the postage, including free P&P) or exchange. To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original packaging, tags intact and all extras. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 15 days for the refund to be processed. During busier times ie after Christmas, this may take longer. Under garments and Earrings for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults. If the item is not suitable or you would like to return the item then you will have to cover the cost of the return. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number as in the event it was to get lost we could not refund you. All returns are inspected to ensure that the item has not been used, and are refunded within 30 days of cancellation. You card is refunded to the full item/s amount, and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees. Any shipping charges are NOT refundable.
