Seems decent but did expect it to be thicker and more plyable. As it has been packaged and folded I struggle to get it around my waist but this is my first belt as I am a novice so could just be inexperience. Seems to assist me on the heavier lifts and back ache isn't as bad when using. Came very quickly, earlier than expected. All in all for the price seems a decent item.

Unfortunately my order went missing in the post however the seller was very quick to put things right and sent another exercise mat which was delivered promptly by a different courier . I found B2 Fitness very pleasant to deal with and they replied to my messages promptly and politely.
The exercise mat is as described , good quality a little on the heavy side but does not move at all during exercise or curl up at the ends like cheaper mats. I would recommend this seller.
