Please note, some goods cannot be returned unless damaged, faulty or incorrect:
Animal food or treats once they have been opened Pharmaceutical products including flea and tick treatments, Products which have been personalised for you, for example where a name or a photograph supplied by you has been added to a product Videos, CDs or computer software once you have opened them, Human food or flowers, Periodicals or magazines, Christmas cards after 15th December of the year of purchase
Damaged, faulty, incorrect or substitute products
If you receive damaged or faulty products, the wrong product is sent to you or we supply you with an unsuitable substitute for a product which is unavailable, you should notify us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll cover the cost of returning the product and give you the choice of a free replacement or a refund for the product as well as the delivery charge in the case of returning the whole order.
How to return a product
To return a product, simply send it back to us with a copy of your delivery note and cover letter explaining the reason or the return. If you don’t have your delivery note, just get in touch with us on 0300 123 0179 and we’ll send one to you. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to send the product back. Until the product is returned to us, you must take reasonable care of it and ensure that we receive it in a re-saleable condition.
