Stock Availability:
All items are subject to stock availability. If your purchased item is not available, we will send you a message and if no reply is received within 24 Hours. Your order will be cancelled and any payment made will be credited back to you by eBay through your original method of payment. Promotion items are one per customer only.
Delivery:
Order made during the weekdays before 10 AM are generally dispatched on the same day (subject to cleared payment and stock availability) by Royal mail. We may dispatch your order at the last minute.
Please note that Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class post) normally takes 2-3 working days and Royal Mail 24 (1st Class post) takes 1-2 working days. After choosing delivery method, you will be shown estimated delivery dates based on your location. As stated by Royal Mail it could possibly take up to 14 working days for your order to be delivered.
In addition to Royal Mail, we also use other couriers like DPD, Hermes.
Please make sure that your delivery address and order information are correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible if your order goes missing/lost due to wrong address.
Note: Buyers from Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and Remote Areas it may take extra days to deliver.
RETURNS POLICY:
If you have received a wrong or faulty item you have to let us know within 24 hours. We will NOT accept any faulty item claim after 24 hours of delivery.
If you want to return your purchased item for any reason, please let us know within 24 Hours and you must return it to us within 7 Days.
Please note that if a Case has been opened without contacting us, then we have to follow eBay’s procedure which will delay outcome.
You will be responsible for the care of the item whilst in your possession and returning them in their original condition. Please make sure there's no hair, no marks, not washed, no tobacco or any form of odour, tags intact, packaging not damaged & it’s in a resalable condition. Return the item including your eBay ID and reason for return to the address provided.
