All Items are checked personally by me before being despatched to make sure they are as I described them. With all Returns please contact me via EBay's message system (Not Email) As soon as possible. Returns are accepted, if returned within 30 Days of the Purchase Date (Except Wholesale Job Lots which are 14 Days) in the Exact Condition the item was sent, i.e Returned in New, Unused & Undamaged Condition with Original Packaging. Please retain Proof of Postage when returning items, I will not be held liable for items lost in the post when being returned. With ‘Unwanted’ or 'Change of Mind' Purchases, the following also applies - Return Postage costs are too be met by the buyer. With Faulty Items, the following also applies - After Contact is made and the Return is authorised, Please return the Item with a Note with your EBay ID and an explanation of any Fault described, I reserve the right to test the item for any fault. If possible an Exchange will be offered, but the default position will be a Full refund including Reasonable Postage Costs (Second Class Standard Post) Incurred (Where and If Applicable). A Refund would be issued within 5 Working Days via PayPal from the date of receiving the item back.
