If you're a newbie to cleats and spd's once you do a little online research these are easy to fit and work great on the bike. Make a massive difference to your ride (I use for spinning)!

Solid buy

Solid good pedals, not worth buying more expensive in my opinion unless looking to shave off the grams, solid robust and cheap, so when worn just buy new, but had a pair of these run for 10 years plus with light use. Value for money, can't be beaten

Excellent - highly recommended

Fitted these with ease and adjusted to fit my cleats (bought separately). They are easily adjustable after fitting too. Great pedals - wish I'd bought them years ago. I use these on my road bike (the cleats that fit these are so much smaller that road bike cleats) so I can walk if needed, unexpected punctures, etc.
