More than happy with the handset even though I've always bought the 'Compact' versions previously and wasn't sure about the increase in size, but it's not causing too much of a problem with fitting in pockets etc. My only annoyance is that I can't get the old T9 keyboard layout. I find the QWERTY for texting really hard going, partly I think because of the way I text (left handed!). Contacted Sony and they said I can't get the T9 on that phone unless I download a third party app which I don't want to do as I've read a few things about issues with the suppliers accessing data.

My son bought himself this phone (his last was a Sony too) and he was not disappointed, it is lightweight but still feels a solid little phone, crystal clear display, very powerful camera (both front and rear facing) There is only one downside, there is a slight delay when using bluetooth headphones, but this doesn't happen if you use wired headphones. given how much You tube people watch these days, it can really matter if you use bluetooth headphones. otherwise a gorgeous phone!

As a replacement for an early Xperia (hidden by dog and eventually found!) it was ideal. Similar but has more functions and a larger screen. As such, the phone is bigger but still compact enough to fit into a small handbag or suitable pocket. I gave my earlier Xperia to a friend for her birthday at her suggestion (first smartphone for her!) so now we're both happy!

Absolute perfect. I love this phone its so much better than my iPhone 8. Or any iPhone ive had since 2008..It was a gamble to switch to an android phone. but I'm so glad I have. I'm free of the apple chain charging for everything. I've got cyberflix app kodi etc all music free. With iPhone it's impossible to download anything alkie. So throw down your iphone you sheep. Break the chains and buy a Sony you will be so glad you did
