I highly recommend this soup kettle. With 10 settings on the dial it is so easy to maintain a specific temperature within a couple degrees, its great and saves so much time! I wrapped clingfilm round the side I was labeling out of to minimise any drips from going on the side of the buffalo

The unit is not keeping an accurate temperature. Either keeps food too hot and over time spoils the food, or when reducing settings ends up below 63 deg. I still want to try to use it, but it is only good for quick sales so the food inside doesnt spoil.It does however heat up rapidly so its not all bad, and perhaps with more time and use I may find the settings easier to work with
