If for ANY reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us either by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone 01253 408708 within 14 days of receipt.
As long as the item is in the original packing and in the condition you received it we will arrange to replace the item or refund your money.
You will be responsible for paying postage and packing charges for returns and no refund will be given for postage and packing unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will of course pay all costs for returns, and refund all your full costs including postage and packing.
Unfortunately due to hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns on any edible products unless faulty even if sealed and in their original condition as we are unable to verify the conditions that they have been kept under and therefore their suitability for resale. We will of course waive this if an error is made by us.
