If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com stating your order ID Number what you want to exchange or return and why? We will send you a returns authorisation code by email. Please put the authorisation code on the returns/exchange form sent out with your order.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, once we have received your item back we ship it out Please note a redelivery charge will apply, we only give free exchanges on products bought direct from our own website.
NOTE - RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
All items returned to us must still be in original packaging ensuring that the labels have not been removed from the garment
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of designer clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed returns/exchange documentation.
Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given. Please note we will only refund up to £6 postage.
Refunds and Exchanges for all items, including faulty goods, can only be given within 14 days of receipt.
We will issue a FULL REFUND (Exc delivery charge) on receipt, We will exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
Some products are NON-Returnable. These are clearly marked, this is common practice throughout the Retail trade.
The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that carries insurance / Tracking Number
Failure to follow these procedures will result in the item being returned to you.
The cost of returning is your responsibility and is therefore non-refundable, unless deemed necessary.
The cost incurred for redelivery to you the customer will be an additional charge the designerwear team will contact you to arrange payment.

Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Designerwear & a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to email@example.com, or by post to the address on our Returns page. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
