Your dentist will tell you the right size (i.e. colour). Regular use has greatly improved the health of my gums. You can bend the brush to allow easy use on the rear teeth.

This really depends what sort of person you are; if you are foul and revolting like me, then you'll be wanting to re-use the brushes. If so, then I think they don't last very well; the metal seems to get fatigue very quickly, hence my star ratings. There might be other makes that are better or worse, but I don't know....Bottle brushes are not that high on my agenda. Of course, if you are a proper and decent person who wouldn't dream of using the brushes twice, then of course, these brushes would get 5 stars. So: Over to you: Just what sort of person are you? (And remember Big Brother is watching you!)

Recommended by my dentist, great for keeping between teeth clean and healthy; I use four different sizes, replace them every month, shop around for the best price. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and health can't be compromised.

Several sizes (colours)are required as the gaps between the teeth variety. The smaller TePe are less strong (obviously) so need more frequent replacement. At the moment I have been using 3 different sizes but that may change over time. Colour coded TePe make things easier, and buying in bags a sensible and economic way to go!
