    Best men's urinary incontinence pads.

    I had prostate surgery last year, which has left me unable to hold my water for more than a few minutes. I tried several brands of these pads, but found these to be the best. They come in different thicknesses depending on your needs. These level 3 pads really do hold a lot (up to 700ml). They are very discreet, and you can easily carry a spare one to in your pocket. They also stop odours too, and give you the confidence to go out without worrying about embarrassing accidents, as long as you drink sensibly. I would recommend them for anyone having prostate, bladder or urinary tract surgery, temporary post op, or long term use.

    might suit you , not so great for me

    comfortable to wear but I find not very effective at absorbing higher flows. Tena do make level 4 incontinence pants for men which are much much better at containing "accidents". so these are ok for lighter leakage levels, not so great for higher volume absorbance.

    They do the job

    Having undergone a HoLEP procedure there was a necessity to buy pads to sort out the leakage problem. Tena are good quality through all the 3 levels of absorbency. My orders were delivered promptly at a competitive price to the high street retailers for the identical product.
