My daughter who is 20 months has been a bad sleeper on and off but ended up stuck in a cycle of 4 to 5 am wake ups for be last six months plus. Since we started using this clock we have got this to a 6 to 6:30am wake up time. We made a big deal of the star and the sun characters (called Mr Star and Mr Sun obviously) and she loves it. Been such an easy thing to introduce into the routine and has made a big difference. All kids are different and we were sceptical of trying this out but it really has been amazing. Bought this clock for my stepdaughter who’s 5 and it will also be used by the youngest too when she’s old enough. We found our 5year old had been getting up and out of bed too early and taking herself off downstairs to go on her tablet so we wanted something that she would help her understand that it’s too early to do this.
