About this product
Football fanatic Mark takes his new bride Holly on a romantic honeymoon to Portugal, but does he love the beautiful game more that he loves his beautiful wife? This is the question Holly asks herself when she learns that the country is hosting the European Football Championships and that hes bought a ticket to every single England match. Soon, Marks agenda becomes apparent, though he denies ever lying to Holly, putting it all down to 'coincidence'. Danny Dyer (THE BUSINESS, THE FOOTBALL FACTORY) puts in a comical turn as the neglectful husband, and Vinnie Jones (LOCK, STOCK & TWO SMOKING BARRELS) evokes his alter ego, 'The Boss'.

I Did not expected too much of it but it did much better than just a time out entertainment. It was cheerful, funny. You sympathise with the hero throughout - you're on his side and want it all to work out for him.The England football team playing in Euro 2004, and a half descent story line involving Danny Dyer's character trying to see the first 3 England group games (on their honeymoon) without his other half finding out he already had the tickets before they left.
Well worth the couple of quid ...
This film is a low budget one - and it shows. It's about an Englishman who marries an American girl and they go to Portugal on honeymoon, where Euro 2004 is taking place.
A very far-fetched story of how Dyer's character has tickets for all the England games and tries to go to he matches without letting on to his wife he has the tickets. You don't see any football action at all and he doesn't even mention the score or anything about the first match he has just seen against France. It's also a very slow going film and has a predictable ending.
this dvd is legendary i think its one of the best ive ever seen its so funy how he books his honeymoon around the fa cup lol if it was me id b more upset about the fact that i didnt get a ticket lol this is defenatly one to watch its defenatly 1 of my top ten and would recomend it to any1 even if u aint a footie fan ull like this
