If you are not completely satisfied with your book/s, you have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. To return an item, please contact us to let us know you wish to return it, then pack the relevant item securely, and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 14 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, you may wish to use a recorded-delivery service and/or postal insurance. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, we have made an error describing the book or the book was damaged during the outbound postage. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost. We regret that we cannot accept returns of any items that are not in the condition we sent them, unless the damage was caused during outbound postage. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund the relevant amount. If we delivered the item to you in error, we have made an error describing the book or was damaged during the outbound postage, we will also pay the cost of return postage.
