    The listing description said "item is used" - I'd have liked more specifics before buying. My fault for not asking. The price and the included condition ticket that arrived with the book from the reseller was clear about the condition and matched the item. Included ticket gave details for who/where to call if not satisfied, a great customer service move (thanks). My only real gripe is the writing on the inside cover of the book, "Conor".
