Return policy details
RETURNS POLICY - If you do not like your item and you wish to send it back return post it is at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt of the return it will be inspected, if no problems are found and in the original quality it left in you will be refunded [See Nonrefundable items].
If the item is damaged during return post because of insufficient packaging no refund will be made. If your item[s] was sent FOC no refund of the postage will be given. Any suspicious acts of deliberate damage after the testing is found no refund will be given in any way and all evidence will be submitted to eBay.
All damages need evidence to be supplied in the form of a photo along with a brief explanation sent to email@example.com with as much information as possible this will help with the claim.
When goods are delivered Registered Mail [Signed for} or via myHermes/CityLink/DPD please sign ‘UNCHECKED’ and note down any visible damage you can see next to your signature.
